»Tides« Collection – Minimalist Jewellery in Silver
Minimalist jewellery in silver is a simple companion for everyday or going out. That’s why I designed my collection »Tides«. The special structure of the surface was inspired by various flotsam and jetsam that I found on the beach. So the delicate necklaces and statement earrings remind me of carefree summer days by the sea.
The jewellery pieces in my »Tides« collection take you on a journey to the sea. There, the forces of the moon and the sea create the tides, causing the ebb and flow of flotsam to roll with them. Tideways swell when the water masses come. Waves crash on the beach. The air is full of salt, wind and sun. On the shore you can find flotsam and driftwood that tells stories of long journeys and transformation.
With nature as my inspiration, I design and make my »Tides« collection in my studio in Coburg.
I create the minimalist jewellery of my »Tides« collection myself by hand in my studio in Coburg. As I want you to enjoy your jewellery for a long time, I only use high-quality materials. If possible from recycled metals. This means that all the alloys I use come from companies that work with recycled materials or are RJC-certified. In the case of chains and fittings, it is still difficult to source products that are completely made in Germany. But here, too, I am working on offering sustainable options.
